This data is transmitted to us via Resend (our email delivery provider) and retained for up to 12 months so that we can respond to your enquiry and maintain a record of the conversation.

Analytics data (consent-gated)

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use this site. These services collect data including pages visited, time on site, device type, and approximate location (country/city level). They are only loaded if you accept analytics cookies via the cookie consent banner.

Server logs

Our hosting provider, Vercel, automatically records standard server log data including your IP address, browser user agent, and pages requested. This data is used for security and infrastructure purposes and is retained for approximately 7 days.

Vercel Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics for basic traffic measurement. This service does not set cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information — it uses a server-side approach that derives aggregate metrics without tracking individuals. No consent is required for this service.

• Resend — email delivery. Processes form submission data to deliver emails to our inbox. Servers located in the EU.
• Vercel — website hosting and edge network. Processes server log data. Infrastructure spans multiple regions.
• Google Ireland Limited — Google Analytics 4. Processes analytics data only if you consent. Data may be transferred to the US under Standard Contractual Clauses.
• Microsoft Corporation — Microsoft Clarity. Processes session recording data only if you consent. Data may be transferred to the US under Standard Contractual Clauses.

• Contact form emails: 12 months from receipt, then deleted from our inbox.
• Google Analytics data: 14 months (GA4 default retention setting).
• Microsoft Clarity data: 13 months.
• Server logs: approximately 7 days (Vercel infrastructure default).
